Mr. Jacquart has been an attorney for over 37 years.  He graduated with a B.A. from Marquette University and J.D. from Marquette University Law School.  With a background in accounting, Mr. Jacquart has been involved with complex tax returns for over 36 years and is admitted to the Federal Tax Courts.

 

Mr. Jacquart is primarily involved with small to medium size businesses and simple to complex estate planning for individuals and families.

 

Mr. Jacquart has also been involved as a volunteer for the arts community in the Greater Milwaukee area.  He has served on 11 Boards over the past 25 years and has been on the Board of the United Performing Arts Fund (UPAF) and is on the Board of Present Music as past President.

Mr. McCarthy has over 22 years tax, accounting and I.T. experience.  He is a graduate of Drake University with a major in Accounting.  During his college career he held membership in Delta Sigma Pi (a professional business fraternity) and served as Vice President and Chancellor for the chapter.

 

Mr. McCarthy has experience in health care, retail, I.T. and taxes: having been a trainer, an analyst and a technical project leader.  For 14 years he has been a General Partner in Wenzel and Associates , a consulting agency, where his responsibilities include all accounting and I.T. functions.

 

Mr. McCarthy has many I.T. certifications including Project Management, PC Troubleshooting, Medicaid Reimbursement, IBM AS/400 Operating Systems, and is a Microsoft Excel and Word Professional Master.

 

Mr. McCarthy has held membership in the National Safety Council, Schoolmasters of Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Association for Pupil Transportation and the Help Desk Institute.  He is currently on the Board of Present Music.  He assumed leadership roles in each organization; serving on committees, developing position statements, and presenting seminars
